Not able to view details of email sent from Interaction log

Hi
I can successfully send an email and see it as an interaction on the Contact card.
However i am not able to view the contents of the email. I am assuming i can do this from the interaction log entry (form 5076) of the email by clicking on the Show button. Unfortunately nothing happens when i click on the show button.
I have a knowledge gap in the area MS office Outlook Integration (from Admin< Application Setup) especially around Forms 5300 and 5305. Any reference documentation or other suggestions would be most gratefully received
