Communication error (10114): No reply received from Back End

Hi all,

i have searched the forum but i didnt find an exact solition for me.

im using windows (x64) 2008 server r2 and sql 2008 r2..

when i try to browse localhost there are 5 same errors in event viewer here is the error;

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{61738644-F196-11D0-9953-00C04FD919C1}
and APPID
{61738644-F196-11D0-9953-00C04FD919C1}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE SID (S-1-5-20) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

there isnt any other error or warning. please help me.. ](*,)
