Hello everyone,
We have a mysterius problem at a customer-site, where users using the Remote Desktop to work with NAV 2009 SP1 Classic (Build 29818) experience that the Classic client freezes.
The problem occours on two Remote Desktop Servers (they only have two). The SQL-server they are connecting to are on a server of its own.
We have tried reinstalling the client and also with another build-version. It has not solved the problem.
We are running out of ideas to what can be wrong, so I was wondering if anybody in here has an idea?

Thank you for your reply.
They are not running a NAV Service Tier. The problems occour on the Classic client and not on the RTC.
I can't see anything weird in the Event Log.

There were problems when users do not have write permissions into client folder. Try to allow users to write into the client folder, may be it will help...
