RIM Toolkit for NAV 2009 SP1

Dear All,

Could anyone please give the exact link to dowload the RIM (Rapid Implementation Methedology) Toolkit for NAV 2009 SP1?
I have already searched it on partner source but failed.

    I think there is no such toolkit. I think the RIM is included in the product, called Data Migration.
