Planning for Multiple Locations

Dear Concerns,

I am using Micrsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 IN version with SP1 FP1.

My client is having seven different production locations. His requirement is while running MPS, system should check the availability of capacity of first line and suggest the prod. Orders accordingly based on the line 1 capacity and if capacity exceeded, it should transfer to second line (line 2), and so on.
Now question is system only treats one production location at a time, and if by providing the utility (customization, this customization will be trigger after MPS run and system has suggested the planning to its own) of bifurcation of line wise capacity and line wise prod. Orders, system would recommend to cancel the orders and also how will I bifurcate the MRP (transfer orders and purchase orders).

Please suggest on this
