Good Books for learning c# and VSRD

Hi all,

I want to learn C#.net since 2009 RTC is much related to C#.net.

If anyone knows the good book to start with , Kindly suggest.

I came to know that RTC reports can be designed using Sql server reporting services and Visual Studio report designer.Which one is recommended.

Kindly tell me the good books for learning Sql Server Reporting services and Visual studio report designer.
