Unknown Automation Server in Table370

Hi,
What is this "unknown automation server" in table 370? Is it because table 370 is developed with an older version, and if I have installed excel with a later version, NAV could not locate the automation server?
i am asking this, as I wanted to replace this "unknown automation server" with "Automation 'Microsoft Excel 12.0 Object Library'" and do not know if there are any impact from doing this. but table 370 seems to be able to compile after the change.
Also wondering if there is any performance advantage, if we leave table 370 as unknown automation server, or to specify "Automation 'Microsoft Excel 12.0 Object Library'".
