Hello,

I’d like to use the same serial number to create serial numbers so that all the items get one and only one serial number.

I don’t want the user getting another serial number during productions and positif fit.

I parametered serialnos with the following values :
« Default Nos » := TRUE
« Manuals Nos » := FALSE
« Order Date » := FALSE
I parametered tabcontrol « Item tracking » of all the items with the following values :
« Item tracking code » := ‘SERIAL’ (avec « SN Specific Tracking » := TRUE)
« Serial Nos » := ‘SERIALNOS’
In spite of this, the users are able to get others sets numbers..
