Command Button to Open My Computer

Wonder if anyone tried this yet.

If you go Start->Run & type in 3 dots <...> My computer comes up.
Is there a run command that can copy this function other than using send keys?
ex/
Runcommand: Explorer.exe '...'
or shell?

I'm lookng to pull up "My Computer" using the OnPush trigger.
