Minimum Order Quantity is being ignored

We are having an issue with the Planning Worksheet in its calculation of the required quantity to purchase.

The item is configured as follows:

Replenishment Method: Purchase
Reorder Policy: Lot-for-Lot
Include Inventory: TRUE
Safety Stock Quantity: 180
Minimum Order Quantity: 180
Order Multiple: 180

We are not using SKU's.

Components in Location is specified (we are using 1 location).

Location Mandatory is specified.

Order Tracking Policy: Tracking & Action Messages.

For a particular stock item of which we have 93 in stock (the lead time of the product is 30D) the system is proposing we buy 87 in.

I would expect this to be 180, the minimum order quantity should kick in and override this order value to give 180 should it not? If not that then the Order Multiple?

Please see attached image for the tracking screen information.

If anyone could shed any light on this is would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

    Tried SKU, same result.

This is in 2009SP1 environment, tried in a v5 environment and it works...

Could this be a 2009SP1 bug?
