Dear all,
we are going to setup another SQL Server for one of our Navision databases. The Navision version of it is 3.70. We would like to use the current MS-SQL Server version 2008R2 with MS Windows Server 2008R2.
Does anyone has experiences with this combination or let me know where to find a compatibility reference ? I have my concerns that this may not work together, at least regarding things like windows authentication and the ESP xp_ndo.

Many thanks in advance for your assistance
Andrew

3.70 predates these products by a number of years. MS has never test and therefore will make no commitments to whether they work.
There are no bugs - only undocumented features.

3.7 is also no longer supported. I suggest to do exe upgrade to 5.0 sp1 and still use your 3.7 db.
