Bullzip PdfSettings automation error

I have installed a report that uses Bullzip. This works on our Windows 2003 server but on the client's Windows 2003 Server gives the error below despite installing patches including KB908002 (recommended on the Bullzip site itself) and KB982524 (recommended by Microsoft KB). I may have to go to another PDF creator ... ](*,) Anybody have any other solutions?
