transfer order problem

Hi all

I have setup two locations. I have created many transfer orders from one location to another one. When i create the transfer receipt and all quantities match, the document is posted and disappears from the transfer order window.

Now i am having a problem with a transfer order. I have register it in the system. I have posted the shipment and the receipt but the document is still there, because for one of the items the quantity ordered is 30 and quantity shipped was 28.
I changed this quantity from 30 to 28 but the document is still there even it says that there is nothing to post.


If you have any advice please suggest.

    At posting time, NAV checkes whether the document is complete or not, and deletes it if it is not complete.
    In your case, it was not complete because of this line.
    You've changed it and now the document is complete, but since it is not going to go through a posting process, because there is nothing to post... the document will just stay there... unless you manually delete it.
