Calculate Inventory with Bins and Dimensions

Hi Everyone,
I think I am missing something. But if I run the calculate inventory I cannot select dimensions because I am using Bins?
When ever there is an adjutsment to stock I want the G/L adjustment posted with Dimensions which is set as default against the item.
