Navision consultants

Hello there,
We are looking to find a Navision consultant to look at our current setup and advise how to increase performance. We are having quite a few problems which may be related to hardware but I find it more likely to be that the system is poorly optimized.
Is there a good directory somewhere to find such a person with proven experience?
EDIT: We are using the Native database and the current size is ca 200GB spread on 7 disks.
Thanks,
David

Thank you very much for these links.
Regarding moving to SQL; it has crossed my mind but as far as I understand I would need better hardware to have comparable performance to what we have today.
The last thing I want is to invest in more hardware at this point as a replacement solution is in the pipeline.0 -

It should not just cross your mind but you should start working in this direction. Using the native server for a DB that is your size is more than obsolete. MS SQL nowadays is the standard server for all NAV installations and the investment costs are a pitty compared to the benefits you get using it and the possible disasters by not using it.0
