No shortcuts directly available.

Wich version are you using ? Till version 3.7 you can define the starting form per user (see table User Setup). IF you want to do the same in version 4 or 5, you have to make some codes (see also 3.70 CodeUnit 1 for tricks).

I you have a form (or report) open in NAV 5.0 SP1, you can use File -> Send -> Link to Desktop. This will create a shortcut to that form on your desktop. Don't know if this is what you are looking for.
