Nav 3.60 open database issues

Hello
I have recently setup one Windows Server 2003 with SQL 2000 and I am trying to move the Navision software from my old server.
I have backup the database and restore it on the new server succesfully. Then I copy/paste Nav files and I run Nav client on my new server.
If I use Windows authentication I am getting error about the xp_ndo.exe(which I dont have it because I have lost the cd). If I try to conenct as SQL user I am getting this error: "'Combination of user ID and password entered is invalid". I have create new user with full access and I still get this error. I also tried login as "sa". The "sync" option is disabled.
Can you help me with that or anyone send me the xp_ndo.exe for the Nav 3.60?
