Navision Segments Interaction Log Entry don't work

I view nothing in Interaction Log Entries of Contact after I print Cover Sheet in Segment and check Log Interaction.
I view design of it and see some code insert to Interaction Log Entry and Campaign Entry ... but when i select this table from SQL, this table is empty.
Is there anything wrong ?
Please help me. Thanks in advance.
