I have following software environment:
I) Computer (Stand alone)-> XP Services Pack 3,SQL Server 2005.

I have created Database and Published Web Services in Database using Page 810 Web Servicies but when I try to see published web services using URL :http://localhost:7047/DynamicsNAV/WS/CRONUS India Ltd./SERVICES,It asks me 3 times useid and Password but finally I am not able to see Published Web Services List.

How to solve this problem ?

You need to have correctly set the SPN. Se e.g. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd568720.aspx

    Hello Kamil,
    Thanks for your reply.
I have use the walkthrough given on your link but it gives me error that Unable to Locate Account [Account Name]. at time of creaing SPN using Command Prompt.

I have stand alone PC and it is not in domain and I have installed XP Service Pack 3.

Please See the attached screen shot for more detail.

    Any help/suggestions will be appreciated.

If the server is not in domain, I am not sure if you can use it as part of the solution. As you can see, the whole chain is based on domain accounts and other things.
