How to use SAVEASPDF function in Navison.

I want to Create Purchase Order report ID 405 in PDF. I have heared of Function SAVEASPDF. But somehow i am not able to use it. I am using RTC. Can anyone tell me what to do for it??? I don't wan't to use PDF printer. Is there any way of doing it. If possible can anyone give me te code for it??
