Hello <img border="0" title="" alt="" src="images/smiles/icon_smile.gif" />
We need a way for an employee to be paid a rate depending on the job number and position they enter in the time journal. The rates will vary from job to job and position to position. Setting this up on the employee card is not a good solution. We will have 150+ active jobs with up to 11 positions each and 60+ employees at one time.
Any suggestions???
Thanks

I worked on something similar a year ago, but I forget exactly how we did it. You WILL have to use the pull down menus from the employee card to set the rates, however. We had to tweak the posting routines a little. Your NSC should be able to handle this pretty easily, assuming you actually have accurate documentation of your business rules (a BIG if, in some cases...)
