Nav only printing blank pages

We have a very strange problem where a printer (HP LJ 4600C) is printing from all applications correctly (Word, Excel, etc) except for Nav.

Any reports we send to the printer from Nav just prints blank pages. This printer was previously working correctly from Nav and there have been no driver updates. We've restarted printer spoolers, etc but still no luck.

The funny thing is, we can print to a document image writer and from here print the generated document to the printer and it's printing correctly!

Any ideas?

We had the same issue when we upgraded to a PCL 6 driver from the PCL 5 version.
