Access NAV through TS2008 for child domain user

Hi,
I'm new in this forum and Dynamic NAV. Hopefully this forum can give me the solution for my problem.

Right now my company have project to migrate old system to Dynamic NAV.
We are using Active Directory using Windows 2008 Standard Edition as Domain Controller, DNS, Database and Terminal Service.

In our company we have several 1 domain and child domain.
For Example as the root domain we have abc.com and for the branch office we have singapore.abc.com.
The main database and TS server is registered to root domain abc.com
Let say database server name is database.abc.com and the TS server name is ts.abc.com

The problem that we encountered is when we try to add use from child domain to access the database (not the TS).
We can add user from child domain to dynamic NAV and we already sync the user and give the user (testuser@singapore.abc.com) role as super. And the user can access NAV through TS using their username (testuser@singapore.abc.com). But when he want to open the database it cannot see the list of the database on our main database server.

I will send the error message tomorrow.

Thank you in advance :D
