can Excel Buffer read number as a text ?

hi all ... i have field in excel want to be imported to nav database
for example --> '01.00 or '02.50
this is a text (in excel)
but after i import it to excel buffer... it become 1 or 2.5
how to make if i want the value is still '01.00 or '02.50 in excel buffer?

What is the datatype of the field in which you are importing this data.
