c\al object not saved in complied form

in upgrading process when importing object(form) form 4sp3 to 6.1 there is no error showing while compiling.. but when i strive to run it shows the error of "C\AL OBJECT NOT SAVED IN COMPLIED FORM"..
any one can give soln for tat....

1) Check that "Enabled for Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server" is Yes in "Database-Alter-Options"
2) That you import objects doesn't mean that they are compiled for the new client. Select all objects and compile them...
