Replication of NAV sales invoice through LS data director

Hi all,

we are creating sales invoice in NAV and trying to replicate in HO through LS retail Data derector but it is not getting replicated.

There could be so many things that could be wrong when using LS Data director that asking this kind of question is like finding a needle in hay stack.


I suggest to get LS support to help you. Keeping DD up and running is a full time job.

What is process ??? you adopted for replicating the data,because there is no standard procedure for replicating the sales invoice from store to HO.

You need to configure the Retail ICT Setup at store.Once you do this ICT Lines will be created in the stores with 'SALES' as source code and then replicate the same to HO.

With this CLE,ILE,GL,Tax will be updated against the invoice number and replicate the posted sales invoice table from store to HO.
