How to disable custom action group within the action pane?

Hi All,
I have added a new action group "My Action" to the action container "Related Information" of Sales Order page. The "My Action" action group contains three actions viz "Action 1", "Action 2", Action 3". All these actions are promoted to a new category "Category 4".
I have used a boolean variable to enable/disable the "My Action" action group which is governed by some external setup.

Lets say the external setup suggests to disable my action group. Now when i run the Sales Order page, what i noticed is that the "My Action" action group within "Related Information" menu is seen disabled, however it is NOT seen disabled when displayed in the Action Pane i.e. my new category "Category 4".

I am not sure why the promoted actions are not seen disabled within the Action pane?

Any idea?
Am i missing something?

I don't think it is possible to disable the entire action group within the action pane but you can disable individual actions within the action pane.
