Did you consult the C/SIDE Reference Guide in FlowFilter already? Or online?

Why not? For example in ReqFilterFields.

    Hi lvanvugt,

Thanks for the response, it's not working for me. Report I'm using Dispatch Board and I gave Resource Filter, but when I run debugger Resource Filter is blank, so, my filters are not working

    Thank You

I don't know how you tried to use the filter, but please note: the flowfilter field does not have a value, you need to look at the filter on the field. And that filter does not filter the record itself (i.e. what you get using FIND or a Dataitem). Without copying the filter somewhere, it only applies to flowfields that are set up to use the flowfilter.
