How can i export and import data from XML file? please give me some example.Thanks

As far as I know, there is no standard way to do this. You vill have to write Your own import/export XML module.
Take a look on the classes XMLDataExport and XMLDataImport
(This applies to Ax 3.0)

there is well laid standard way to do it , and all the classes with prefix xcbl are meant to address this requirement , you can setup you file in basic menu and can refer to standard invoice and shipment files for reference.
