Unable to Resize Columns on Forms

I have an issue that I have never encountered before. On a certain form we are not able to widen the columns. However, if we move a column to a different position, we are then able to widen them.

So when you first load the form and try to widen them the cursor stays as an arrow. But once a column is moved, you get the cross hair.

If it matters, this is a form that is built on a temporary table.

it happened to me (or a colleague of mine) some time ago, too...if i remember well, a good old zup deletion heals the problem, but you probably already tried to do it
