minicanadaminicanada Member Posts: 28
Hi I have 2 NAS installed and NAV license have 2 sessions for NAS. I installed the license in SQL serever as well as Application server. However when I am trying to run 2 NAS simultaneously getting the error message :
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: GGHAPP01-SQL
Event Category: None
Event ID: 20010
Date: 8/25/2010
Time: 4:18:26 PM
User: N/A
Computer: GGHAPP01
Description:
Your program license does not permit more users to work simultaneously.

Wait until another user has stopped using the program.

Contact your system administrator if you want to allow more simultaneous users on your system.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

I am not sure if there is license problem or something else? I can run 2 NAS at a time with no problem but not simultaneously.

Please advice.

Standard Nav license contain only 1 Nas.
If you need more concurrent NAS you must purchase other NAS Granules.

Is this a separate issue from the other day? Are you running these both from the same machine? Do you have two install directories and two binaries running with the correct licenses in both folders? Did you make sure you are licensed for 2 NAS's? Did you check the amount of users logged into the database as well? Did you install by command prompt? Have you tried starting from scratch again?

I think this error come from an license issue.
But not the license in nas folder becouse 1 single nas start correctly.

mmm a mismatch between the correct and updated license "on hand" and that loaded on sql server?

a question... your license contain granule 2020 "Per Database" ?
