NAS - username/password issue

I have installed a 2nd NAS via command prompt. When I start it using the snapin, it says it is started, but in fact, upon looking in the even log, I can see it failed. The event log states that it has an Invalid User ID and Password combination. How can I check what user id it is using or reset it somehow. Because i installed this using a command prompt, I cannot see it in the Services window in order to select a user/password to run this service.

Thank you. I did not see the service up in the A's. I was looking for another service called Microsoft Dynamics ...
