Hello,
Anybody can tell me the difference between the web user and normal database user in NAV 2009. How about the quote of web user? Is it cheaper than two tiers database user? Thanks very much!

Web users are cheaper (at least in North America). They're about 10% of the price of the regular user and are designed for users that are accessing NAV data via web services, SQL Reporting Services or any type of MS Office integration points.
Web Users can also be referred to as DCO Users or a DCO License and there has been lots of discussions around it on here (and some heated debate).
