Hello All,

I am having a Database having more than 3 LACs of records for Printing in Ledger Report just for 1 Month Entries.
RTC is not able to view the report due to these much entries and showing an error as shown in attachment.
In Classic, getting 940 Pages.

Any suggestion regarding this?

Refer to NAV 2009 SP1 Release note(This might not be the exact case you are facing but might be related):

Large reports can cause RoleTailored client to consume excess memory and then stop responding
Description: An enhancement was added to resolve an issue where large reports were causing Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server to stop responding. As a result, Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server is now stable when processing large reports. However, the RoleTailored client can now consume enormous amounts of memory when processing a large report and then stop responding.

An example is report 1001, Inventory Valuation. The design of this report requires all value entries to be sent to the client to produce the report. In processing a test database with 155,000 value entries, which is not especially large when compared to many production databases, the RoleTailored client required 1.4 GB of memory to hold the dataset in memory. The spooling process took 11 minutes. When the client finally tried to render the output, it stopped responding with no warning. Depending on what other processes are running, the report often cannot consume all rows and instead stops as the dataset is being sent to the client.

The Classic client renders this report in approximately one minute. The actual report is 10 pages long.

Workaround: Run large reports on the Classic client.
