Hello All,

I have Item Ledger Entries records more than 5000.
In RTC, when I am Sending the records to Excel then I am getting below error.
Microsoft Dynamics NAV
---------------------------

The number of records in the table exceeds the maximum number of 5000. Set a filter to decrease the number of records in the table. Exporting too many records at once can affect system performance.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

So, I changed "Max. no. of XML records to send" to 25000 from 5000(default value).
But, still I have the same issue in RTC.

Is there anything remaining to setup or any suggestion?

Thanks & Regards,

Have you tried to restart the client/server after the change?

Here, do you mean to restart the NAV Services of Client or a server or what?
    Can you please, elaborate?

Because, even though I changed the Max. No. Of XML Records to 25000, system is taking 5000 after some time automatically. I mean, my change is not saved.
So, what can be the reason?

Where are you changing this property. The property you are changing it is on classic client.

    Hi,

I found another post with the same issue.
    viewtopic.php?f=32&t=38406&start=0

In RTC it is limited to 5000 records to send.

MS has plans to change that but I found no posting that this issue was fixed.

    Kind regards,
