Copy Paste Chinese from NAV

I am using NAV client ver 5. I have configured my local system to Chinese (Taiwan) language from Regional Settings --> Advanced --> Language for Non-unicode programs --> Chinese (Taiwan).
I can enter chinese texts and view them in NAV. I can also, copy and paste Chinese text from MSWord to NAV. But I cannot Copy and paste chinese texts from NAV to MSWord (or any other external application). Does any one know why? Does this work only on a Chinese Windows and now an English Windows?

Also, open an excel sheet and try to do a Paste Special and select text option. How does this behave?
