finsql.exe error in Nav 2.6

Hello
Has anyone seen the error before finsql.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.
I am only getting this on one users machine no matter who logs on to navision. The problem occurs when you try to print a pick note?
Any help would be much appreciated.
