Vendor List Page - Card menuitem deleted

On RTC lists, there is a riddle: Sometimes the "card" menuitem is deleted, sometimes it is not deleted. (check out the attached screenshot.)

On page 27 vendor list the card menu item is deleted and on page 45 - sales list it is not deleted.

it has nothing to do with the missing ribbon bar on page 45 sales list.
it has nothing to do with code inside the menu item.
it has nothing to do with the caption of the menuitem.
it has nothing to do with the RunObject Property of the menuitem.
it has nothing to do with the tif data.

it is a riddle for me.

i am thankful for every hint.

    It is by design. What is the problem?

    On the page, actions... (you must stand on the last, empty line to open the actions through menu - View - Actions)

    i wanted to know something else: the weird thing is, in one case it is deleted during transformation and sometimes not deleted during transformation. :?
