RTC or Classic?

Reasons?

processing users - classic (entering data, processing them)
reporting users - RTC (just looking at reports, listing etc.)

I agree with you. I feel the slower performance when using RTC. (Or is it just because I use VPC, and do not use Three-tier server?)

What is the differences between the classic report and the RTC one?

I do not notice any good point with the RTC report. Is it the report designing aspect?

Yes, mainly the possibilities not only of the reports (interactivity, graphs), but the RTC itself like TreeMap (and other addins), graphs etc.
