Need to Undo Receipt on a Drop Ship

We're getting an error saying the Receipt cannot be Undone due to a fixed application and to use the Application Worksheet to correct. Haven't had any luck yet. Suggestions?
The problem's usually between the chair and the keyboard!

There is a KB Article saying that you can do a workaround as return the Sales, and Purchase, and then do the shipment again.
