Database Migration to 2009 problem

we r migrating DB from NAV 4.0 SP3 IN Version to NAV 2009 SP1 IN Version.Client is using Manufacturing module in NAV 4.0 SP3 IN Version. Costing in NAV 4.0 SP3 DB is correct.Please let me know what r the steps to maintain correct cost in NAV 2009 SP1 DB?I will migrate DB by using UpGradeToolKit provided by Microsoft.
