I have a 4.0 client with an existing user who suddenly cannot access the navigation pane. They can log into NAV and select a database and company, but no Navigation pane. The pane does not come up when they try to check it on View>Navigation Pane or by using the shortcut keys, alt+f1. They have replaced the zup file, resync'd the user, etc.
Client using 4.01, SQL, through the terminal server. This happens at all workstations.
Any suggestions?
