Service Item for Inhouse Fixed Assets

Hi

How do we create as Service Items for the Inhouse Vehicles / Equipments (which are FA) and Generate the service order for servicing these items? The scenario is this, my client has their own fleets which are rented out to their customer, but servicing and maintenance is my client's responsibility? They just invoice their customer for rent on monthly basis.

In the service order, the customer name is mandatory for the service item lookup and i dont want to create a dummy customer for this?
