CRM integration with web browser

Guys,
the problem is much easier than what it looks (by the title). I want to be able to send an URL via a workflow to be opened by a web browser. Does anyone have an idea? :-k
example: i want the workflow, as soon as the appointment finishes, to open a URL (http://www.mibuso.com)
We are talking about MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 guys so there is no code here, just workflow procedures or JavaScript

heyy, well finally i didn't know how to do that so i made a CRMWorkflowActivity and it worked
