Configuring SPN's with NAV 2009 SP1

Hello
I'm preparing for an installation of 3 Tiers on 3 Machines. After reading I'm a bit confused :?
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd301254.aspx
and
http://blogs.msdn.com/b/nav_developer/a ... -2009.aspx
I'll be very glad if someone could confirm me the following:
Creating SPN's is not needed at all if both the NavServer and the SQL Server are running on the network services. Is that true? If so, are there settings to set in Active Directory concerning delegation?
Additional question: Why and when has the Element "DelegationInfo" to be changed in the clientusersettings.config?
Many thanks in advance. I know there is a best practices analyzer, but I want first be sure to understand how it works. I also know that using domain users for the services is more secure, but first installing the 3 tiers in a lab, I'll first the most simply configuration, then changing step by step to more sophisticated options.
Many thanks in advance
Thomas

Hi Experts
Seems to be my questions are quite complex
Anyway, if anybody has his/hers 20cts on this, very welcome! I'll glad to give more details if needed.
Btw: Maybe the blog mentioned above was about 2009 SP0, not SP1...
Thanks in advance.
