Give option to user for select a month in Request Page...

Hello Experts,



I know it's really easy to do but I do not know how to do it so I am finally asking question here.



I want to give user option to select a month in Request Form/ Request Page.



Can somebody tell me how to do it?

I know I can do it using Option field but any other way for it to do this operation?

Is there a reason you require another way?

Field Name: Month
Type: Option
OptionString: Jan,Feb,Mar,Apr,May,Jun,Jul,Aug,Sep,Oct,Nov,Dec

Yes.. Suppose current month is August than I want to display August to December only?

In future there is a requirement like for a Year also .. than It's not a good way to write down all years in an option string.?

Get the full requirement and work with that. no need to do this 2x.

Do you want more of the look found on form 414 - with a date range.
or like for 416 with a period start or a period name?
