RUNMODAL error on BOM Journal

Has anyone encountered the following error?
Using Standard NAV 2009 SP1 Chronus...
Create a BOM Journal line for a BOM item in a location where you do not have enough qty in the specified location of its components.
When you validate the qty field, you get the standard "Not enough Qty" message.
So you change the Quantity to a valid qty, and you do not get the "Not Enough Qty" message.
Now, add an item tracking line for this journal line item.
Exit item tracking and everything is fine.
Now let's say you decide you want to change the qty on the journal for some reason:
Try to change the quantity field on the Journal line, and you get the RUNMODAL error.
I've searched the KB articles, but could not find anything related to this error.
Any help would be appreciated...
