Hi guys,

I want to learn how to program in .NET so I can write add ons for NAV.
The problem is, I don't know where to begin. I know there should be some books out there that I could read or even some classes I could take. But I don't know how to look for them.

If there is anyone out that that could point me in the right direction, I would appriciated it very much.

Thank you.

There are several ways for add-ons to communicate to NAV. I guess in future web services will be the main way. So, I would search for a book or a course that explains programming of web services in .NET.

    Hi Elmar,

look at some of the examples from the http://blogs.msdn.com/b/nav/ Microsoft Dynamics NAV Team blog. They have some good examples to get you started. Another great source for .NET coding/projects i use a lot is http://codeproject.com
