How to upgrade 5.0 to NAV 2009 SP1

Hi Expert,

I'm trying upgrade from 5.0 to NAV 2009 SP1(SG) version. So when i read quick guide this step is confuse for me.

4. Delete all objects except tables.
Delete all forms, reports, dataports and codeunits from the database but NOT the tables.

I already merge customize object and std object. When i upgrade 3.7 to 2009, i need to do data migration step. No need to do step 4 because of this step is already exist migration step.

This one also confuse to me ..

1. Do we need to data migration step when we upgrade 5.0 to 2009?
2. If we need to do where can i get it?
3. Can we directly data upgrade without data migration?
4. Do we need to upgrade 5.0 to 5.0SP1 and 5.0SP1 to 2009?
