Reserve Item Orders placed on Web

We have a web order system where web orders are directly written to a web header and line table in navision. From this Sales orders are created by the Salesperson to put it into Sales header and line tables. Usually there is a time gap from when it is put in the web table and when the sales orders are created. Now we want to Reserve the items as soon as the Orders get written into the web table. Is it doable? Since our web site is hosted we may not be modifying anything on that end.
